Softball update
I sent a $2500 deposit to secure the fields and date last Friday. The park emailed me today confirming that they received the check. There are some teams where only a few players have paid, so I will be sending out reminder emails to all of the people who have not submitted their fee. I have to submit the balance by Jan 2, 2012. There are also some blogs that are still in need players. If you would like to play. Feel free to contact me and I will send you a list of those teams or just sign up for any team and I will tell you what team you have been assigned. If you have any questions. When is it going to end?
As long as McCourt has his name on the title of this team or any deed to asphalt surrounding Dodger Stadium. Do not give him one red cent. Continue to boycott buying tickets for the upcoming season. This greedy prick plans on selling the team and retaining the parking lots. (You can thank Bud Selig for that little gift) Let’s all pray that he loses his case to sell the TV rights in court vs FOX. It will only speed up his departure.
Asshole of the year
I don’t normally bother reading other sites. But while looking at a forum I used to post on yesterday, I came across this complete waste of cyber space. How this person could ever write such a piece on Hiroki Kuroda totally baffles the mind of any person with more than two functioning brain cells. This man is not only an embarrassment to all Dodgers fans. He is a disgrace to all bloggers on the internet. To use a quote from his triad about Hiroki. “I will never get over the embarrassment of belonging to the same species as you” No Mark. We will never get over the embarrassment of you belonging to the same species as us. I”m pretty sure that Hiroki never reads his site. So asking for Mr. Timmons to issue a public apology to him would be worthless. He should apologize to his readers for wasting their precious time in reading his vile post.
