If you only want to purchase the team for the media rights. It will not matter how much money you have left in the bank after filling Franks pockets. You will bleed cash just like FOX and Frank. Dodger fans have suffered enough over the last fourteen years and they will not fall for the same trick for a third time. Showing an empty stadium will not look good on your new RSN or cable broadcast.

The following blogs still need players to fill their rosters. Male or female makes no difference. So if you would like to play. Sign up. Pay your entry fee and you will be guaranteed a spot on their roster and will play in the tournament.
If you signed up for one of the above teams and have not paid. You have been removed from their roster. If you signed up for any other team not shown. That means your roster is complete with a min. of twelve paid players and locked. Due to a team pulling out at the last moment. I will try and field a third LFP team to keep the number of teams even at fourteen. Sign up will be on a first come ,first pay basis to fill in the remaining teams. You can sign up here Once you fill out the registration form. You can pay your entry fee here Also remember to bring a box or bag of items to donate to the food bank the day of the event.

There are over forty players that have yet to pay. If I do not receive payment by midnight Saturday night. I will remove you from the roster for the team you signed up for, and you will no longer be guaranteed a spot on that team. The final deposit is way past due and I need to confirm the amount of teams so they can make the game schedule. There have been several reminder emails sent out with the link to make your payment and I asked for you to respond to the emails if you still intended on playing or wanted to be dropped. For those that have not paid or replied back. Please do so today or tomorrow by midnight. If you do not have a credit or debit card. you can send an E check through We Pay. If you want to Pay the day of the event. Let me know and I can make arrangements for you to do so, but you must let me know now.
This goes out to all the potential buyers of the team. On Saturday February 11th 2012 the Dodgers blogger community will be having a charity softball tournament starting at 8AM in West Covina. Here is your chance to speak to and interact with the bloggers and fans of the team you are trying to purchase. I urge you to come out and listen to their concerns and suggestions that will once again make the Dodgers the crown jewel of the National league. I know you are busy with your bids and other matters pertaining to the sale of the team. So if you can spare just a little of your time on a Saturday morning or afternoon, it will be greatly appreciated. Thank you and I hope to see you there.

If you signed up for one of teams above. Please get your entry fee in this week. I do not want to combine teams unless I have to. Paying your entry fee is the only way you will be guaranteed a roster spot and a chance to play in the tournament.

The tournament is less than a month away and I still do not have a final team count. If you signed up to play and are unable to. Please reply back to my email so you can be taken off that teams roster. I want to thank the following blogs for 100% payment to field a team.. Sons of Steve Garvey, Opinion of Kingmans performance, LFP Facebook and True Blue La. Quite a few of the other blogs are close to the 100% so please get your few remaining players payments in as soon as possible.
I have also received some emails concerning hot or illegal bats. I have contacted the park and at this moment I am waiting for their reply. Please remember that this is just for fun and a good cause. We do not need anyone getting hurt by someone trying to get an edge by using a hot bat. The park is also going to email me a start time hopefully on Thursday and I will post that as soon as it comes so you can make you plans to come out. Thanks again and see you in a few weeks.
